Vapiano in Hagen

Have eaten here several times and it tasted super delicious, just remembering it makes me want more. Such a beautiful ambience just great :-) I hope that the Vapiano will still be preserved after Corona! Cross your fingers that you can stay and then a lot of people will catch up on their needs for your dishes ... All the best ☘️ until then. ❤️

It was an absolute disaster today the salad dressing was thin as water the meat tasted like game even though it was beef. Maybe it's because of the bankruptcy .... I'm happy that it continues, but not with such a quality

Hardly any choice but tasty

Unfortunately there have been better times. Food was very salty. Still, I would come back.

Quite a letdown, no gluten-free options available. Other dishes not of the usual quality.

Didn't even get to eat because the people on my left and right were served and where I was decency nothing moved, the good lady was mega slow and when it was my turn after 15 minutes the statement was made that I had to eat out of the house I accepted that too, when after 30 minutes of waiting the lady was still processing so-called take-aways and cleaning them in between, my patience broke and I left the restaurant. The manager even stood by. Never again Vapiano even if we are neighbors.

Very tasty and not expensive. The concept took some getting used to but it shows itself quickly enough. Only eating together was a bit difficult. My partner had pasta and I a pizza. Pizza takes more than 20 minutes and I had already ordered this in advance, my partner was almost finished eating when my pizza was only ready.

From our point of view, a detour here is highly recommended. Sure, I come here with my people for my part and can rely on being looked after brilliantly. The place totally blew us away. Good price-performance ratio. We find the restaurant suitable for all kinds of occasions, irrespective of whether with friends, acquaintances or clan; ).

Absolutely bad service - the reception staff seemed unmotivated and unfriendly. Good customer service looks very different. There was no meal, as nothing was explained in advance by the education about the system catering. Only the table was assigned and the menu was put on the table. Service takes a different approach. There were some plastic cards on the menu, the meaning of which was unclear to us ... you don't have to be treated like that as a customer. Absolutely no recommendation! If there was the option with 0 stars, then I would have given zero stars in the rating.

Very nice and food of known good quality. Tables were assigned by corona rules. This should be retained after Corona. ☝️

Unfortunately saw the best days. Food is enjoyable, but definitely not a highlight.

Nice shop, with good food. However, I do not like this concept of ordering. In a normal Italian, I can chat with my friends at the table while I'm waiting for my meal. Here I have to stand at the counter until my meal is ready.

The food is delicious. The portion of pasta could be a little bigger and the pizza could have a little more topping. Everything was clean and well-kept. You should always bring your own time, as queuing can take longer. If you need rest while eating, however, you have bad cards. We were there at the weekend and a quiet conversation was not possible.

Excellent tomato soup. The lunch specials were great priced. Delicious!

Standart Vapiano restaurant. Same food, same menu. So times there is no place to sit and sometimes is empty. It was ok

As always, very tasty. Great food, freshly made. For the little ones there was an Easter pizza with rabbit ears. :) good selection, there is something for everyone.
